About Sacred Soil & Soul
I’m Gabby O’Neill-Donahue, founder of Sacred Soil & Soul, LSW, Integrative Health Coach, RYT, Shamanic Reiki Practitioner and Usui Fire Reiki Master. Before creating Sacred Soil & Soul I worked for a private practice as a psychotherapist, where I gained training and experience in: Somatic Healing, Inner Child Work, Yoga, TRE and Energy Healing; all through a trauma informed lens. You don’t have to of experienced trauma to benefit from a trauma informed coaching program, and working with a trauma informed practitioner can ensure that you as the client have a safe experience throughout your healing journey.
During my time in private practice, I learned modalities which successfully supported clients in their healing journeys. I also learned how financial hardship created gaps in the ability for clients to receive these necessary services. Sacred Soil & Soul’s mission is to support clients in experiencing true embodied healing by tending to their sacred soil through somatic healing, inner child work, and support with generational wounds through ancestral connection. All of this through accessible care — ensuring transformative growth remains affordable for every soul.
As a social worker for the last 15 years, I’ve learned many ways to be of service to others. Sacred Soil & Soul was born out of a deep love for being of service, clinical experience, and a desire to help others reconnect with themselves through true embodied healing. What to Expect
Here at Sacred Soil & Soul, we offer a variety of coaching programs: An introduction to emotional regulation and somatic healing, a more advanced course involving somatic healing, identifying the patterns of the inner child & reparenting the inner child, an expanded somatic and inner child healing course and healing generational wounds of your ancestral lineage.

This is our introductory course for those who want to learn the basics about the connection between emotions, physical sensations how they manifest in the body. Wherever dysregulation arises, whether it is related to trauma or chronic stress, we will incorporate somatic release and learn how to recreate safety within the body. This program is for clients who want to “dip their toe in the water” and see what working with Sacred Soil & Soul is like, or would like to ease into getting acquainted with the body and somatic healing. Reiki can be a part of your program, upon request, and this is entirely optional.

This course builds off the basics of our introductory program, while adding additional somatic education on creating safety and releasing stored emotions from the body. This program also involves establishing a relationship with your inner child, where clients are introduced to the process of unblending from their inner child patterns, as well as taking on the role of the parent and building a practice of reparenting the inner child. Reiki can be provided as an additional supportive tool, for further grounding and connection, upon request.

This is our deepest coaching course for embodied healing. This course involves the somatic education on creating safety, how to release stored emotions from the body, as shared during the 30 day and 3 month courses, along with learning how to self administer the healing energies of reiki and create a regular practice for embodiment on an energetic level. This program also involves establishing a relationship with your inner child, where clients learn the process of unblending from their inner child patterns, as well as taking on the role of the parent and reparenting their inner child. Clients will also learn the process of unburdening the inner child, and get to participate in a releasing ceremony where together we will return your inner child’s burdens to the earth to be made anew.

This program is different from our other programs, because its primary focus is healing of ancestral wounds on an energetic level. During this three month course, clients will be guided through a series of Shamanic Journeys, where you will get to connect with your families bloodlines, and a bright healed ancestral guide to walk you through healing the wounds of your family tree. Clients will also have the opportunity to learn of lineage gifts which have been blocked by ancestral wounds, as well as how to access these gifts moving forward. Lastly, clients will learn how to release stored energies connected to ancestral wounds, through applied self reiki techniques, as well as somatic release techniques for somatic healing on a physical and energetic level.
*Pre-requisite: prior to taking this course, clients must complete either the 3 month or 6 month Somatic Healing, Identifying Patterns of the Inner Child & Reparenting the Inner Child course.

Although largely supportive for mental, physical and spiritual healing, coaching is not licensed psychotherapy, medical advice, or legal counsel. If clients participating in our coaching programs need mental, physical or emotional support it is their responsibility to seek out the necessary services.

Currently all private coaching sessions are held virtually, however in-person sessions will be available in the near future — stay tuned!
*Workshops are held in a hybrid format, so participants have the option to attend virtually, or in-person. -
Here at Sacred Soil & Soul we have identified several opportunities to make our coaching programs affordable. Although we do not accept insurance, we do accept: Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), and Health Spending Accounts (HSAs). If you do not have an FSA, or HSA we also offer payment plans. If you do not have an FSA or HSA, and are unable to afford a payment plan out-of-pocket, we also offer workshops throughout the year, where clients can learn some of the techniques offered through our coaching programs (Investment $45/1 hour group workshop). Workshops are held on a quarterly basis.
